Issues: MAXO:0010200 transabdominal ultrasonography with synonym abdomen ultrasound examination already exists.

Would you prefer to split these two terms or will this suffice?

MAXO:0000520 obstetric ultrasonography already exists with child term fetal echography. I think fetal ultrasonography should be child of obstetric ultrasonography, but should it be parent term of fetal echocardiography? @pnrobinson
