Adding groupings for DECIPHER #19

Closed cmungall closed 9 years ago

cmungall commented 9 years ago

How is this coming along?

nicolevasilevsky commented 9 years ago

I haven't worked on this yet, I am working on mappingDC_Orphanet_DO.xlsx file right now with Sue. Is the groupings for DECIPHER higher priority?

mellybelly commented 9 years ago

What should we do with ones that really can't be classified?

cmungall commented 9 years ago

I think this is going to be easiest to do by hand editing the obo file

Can you spot check the commits I made?

cmungall commented 9 years ago

@mellybelly I just put these under 'syndrome' for now

nicolevasilevsky commented 9 years ago

Not sure if you are asking @mellybelly or me to spot check your commits, but I am having trouble opening the file. The file is: decipherclusters.obo, right?

I see. I think it looks good. (However, I am unfamiliar with the children of leukodystrophy, so I cannot comment if those are correctly classified.)

nicolevasilevsky commented 9 years ago

is there still something that needs to be done or can we close this ticket?
