I have written a script to update the maxo annotation file based on the output of the Automaxoviewer.
The script does some sanity checking and then looks for duplicates. If it finds a duplicate, it exits completely because this is likely to point to a larger problem that needs to be fixed. Otherwise, it appends the "new" annotations to the end of the
maxo-annotations.tsv file.
This PR includes the new annotations we made with the tool for 20 diseases. All of these would need to be loaded back into POET etc.
