refactors the PPKtEnglishIndividual to take more edge cases into account. Also adds code for text mining as well as 35 or so case reports. @ielis could you review and consider adding similar Czech translation? @KyranWissink @leokim-l -- I will now move forward and do similar things with German and Spanish and try to finalize these languages. I will also try to revise the code so that at least most of the lanugage specific parts are done in a text file for these languages. After that, we could refactor and re-check Durch and Italian.

I am going to merge for simplicity, we are now nearing the first alpha stage
