NL building blocks #41

The Dutch now works the same way as the other languages, with the building blocks. However, it also suffers the same issue as the other languages where some parts of the prompt are missing; namely the "%d presented with" part.

@KyranWissink I will merge this now so we avoid merge conflicts. Let's touch bases later on about the error with the feature list
