Consider adding strains from ONTIE #38

@jamesaoverton pointed me to the strain identifiers minted for ONTIE, an application ontology used in the are of infectious diseases.

For now, I would determine with the VBO developer team wether strains like that are in scope for VBO. There is a great need, but of course should be done carefully.

One thing to note is that at least in ONTIE, strains can be derived by mixing other strains, and thereby end up having two parent concept. However, I would always apply the is a modelling rule before considering this modelling pattern which involves multiple parentage, and afaik does not go well with the NCBITaxon disjointness assumptions (all sibling classes in NCBItaxon are afaik conceptually disjoint)
