If a file has been renamed, a warning must be raised #12

Like in Django when you rename models, the user must change the name or path of the PO file if has renamed its correspondient Markdown file. Maybe storing indexes of latest builds for project in a cache?

This is totally out of scope. I've not found a way to create a consistent implementation.
