Additional check for VSTS 1026106, SigSegv on context menu pop-up. #9545

I've moved the check to both instances of the NSmenu.PopUpContextMenu call. I'm not sure why I didn't do it originally.

Considering we saw (fewer, but still a) number of sessions that exhibit this behaviour, we can try this approach and see if we get it in the logs at all.
