Title and description in head section #36

Title and description are too long now. I think the URL can be removed from the title. And the description must fit 155 characters.

This can be fixed in WordPress panel.

Yeah, description should not be in the title tag in the head. Is it good idea to remove it from the title tag?.

Besides, do you mean for the home page or for all of the pages?

So, the title in head is now defined only in functions.php?

I'll hard code the description 41ee4dc9373d to appear in the header of the site and use a shorter version as tagline.
