Change from newsletter id with one click #42

The page template allows to see the contents of the forthcoming newsletter. The id of the newsletter taxonomy term has to be changed manually each time.

I am trying to be able to add the id in the url, like http://globalrec.org/es/creating-newsletter-es/?letter=3001
