Need to upgrade Twitter bootstrap #202

Need to upgrade Twitter bootstrap from version 2.3.1 to 3.3.7. To user new features and have better responsiveness.

I am working in branch "newbootsrap". After 93b3384 things works well except the coding section. It is not possible to draw areas on the front pages and the carousel of images initiates itself and it is not possible to stop it.

The count of images coded while coding also doesn't work.
