Took out the hint. No need to give the average rate formula. They are likely to know it by now. Also This problem is very similar to the one before it: https://ximera.osu.edu/mooculus/meanValueTheorem/exercises/exerciseList/meanValueTheorem/exercises/meanValueTheorem4

and both have the exact answer. I think one is enough and one can be taken out.
