Can I be a pain and ask you to amend the language string. I suggest;

'The Quiz Answer sheets plugin does not store any personal data itself. It provides an additional interface for viewing and managing the data owned by the quiz activity.';

Also, not important now, but seeing this null provider, and comparing it to \quiz_responses\privacy\provider, makes me realise that our report is not doing the thing about storing the report settings as user preferences. That is not something we need to fix now. But we might want to add that in future.
