Config setting for start of week. #65

Defaults to site calendar value (fixes #44).

Thank you.

I added one extra commit. For upgraded sites, behaviour should not change, so I added an upgrade step to set the day to Saturday for upgraded sites. (I left the default as -1 for new installs.)

I probably have not pushed them yet. I am just re-writing https://github.com/moodleou/moodle-report_customsql/pull/63. Be patient! ;-)
