[Issue]: emulate gamepad motion sensor support not working

Describe the bug

I used to play botw on cemu with motion controls Same with yuzu my phones motion would work perfectly out of no where it stopped I tried like 5 different sunshine builds and 3-4 moonlight builds 12.0+ and tried a second pc with no luck

Steps to reproduce

The most I could say here is samsung 23+ Maybe an update ruined it?
