RTPS handshake failed error: 110

Hello,

I have a problem establishing a connection to my pc from any device, when I am in other networks, but it still works if I try to access it via mobile data. The problem is the error tells me something about ports tcp 48000 and udp 48010 and 48010 but since I am not in my own home network when I'm away and want to access the pc, I also can not access the router. I don't really know if the problem are the networks I am connected to and if so why and how to fix it, or if I failed something during the setup of moonlight.

But the tester says everything is fine and it works just fine via mobile data and in my home network. All settings within moonlight and nvidia are set to default.

Sadly I can't access my pc at the moment so I can't send the logs but I will try to provide them ASAP.

Server PC is a Windows 10 pc freshly set up newest update for the OS. The Gpu I am running is a GTX 980 which is also updated to the latest driver version aswell as geforce experience.

I have tried streaming with a TV, android tablet and phone, aswell as a Windows pc, same problem with all of them so far.

Does anyone know something I already read everything related I could find online, but there is noone having the same problem as I do and I am losing my mind right now because it's not working please help :(

Hello, i have the same problem... have you found a solution? I have opened the port in my FritzBox but seems that the UDP port still closed... This is the log
