Need to clear up that the report formatting applies to all four reports

had issue of ta not noticing that the report format is for each of the four 4 reports, shown at top of page, need to clarify

Some ideas:

• Retitle each report heading : "Content for Report #1", etc
• Make clear that the report text is for the content.
• Make clear what is content and what isn't.
