Deprecate search_limit config #58

No longer needed with Mopidy v1.0, I guess.

Reason for this was the LocalLibraryProvider default search limit of 100, which used to break MPD list commands. Since MPD list now relies on get_distinct(), this can safely be removed/deprecated.
