Upgrade pylast for SSL support #23

Upgrade to a version of pylast which supports SSL if available.

Tests pass but I'm not sure I ran them right.

The old version specifier allows for versions >= 1.7.0 too. pip will use the latest version available that matches the specifier when you install Mopidy-Scrobbler. Changing this will simply break Mopidy-Scrobbler where only older versions are available. For example, the python-pylast Debian package is still on 1.6.0.
