Oh, thanks for noticing this link doesn't work anymore.

Looking at the upstream for this package in both OpenBSD and Arch, it seems to be https://sourceware.org/pub/bzip2/bzip2-1.0.6.tar.gz. Can we point to this instead of sourceforge?
