No send sms in standard sms app/hangout

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. send sms through websms on Android 4.4
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the outgoing sms to be in the standard sms app or hangouts of andorid, 
but there isnt

What version of the product are you using? "Last" is not appropriate. Make
sure you tell at least which app you are using. On what operating system?
WebSMS 4.7.1 Hangouts 2.0.128
