MAINTAINER WANTED: new connector to support App2SMS

o2 Germany discontinued the support for WEB2SMS in their App but now offers 50 
free SMS per month to every customer with a contract - called 'App2SMS'. These 
free SMS cannot be sent using Websms because there is no appropriate connector!

The problem is, that neither the current maintainer of the o2 connenctor nor me 
have any o2 contract. (who does anyway? the network just doesn't work in any 
large city.)

I'd love to introduce the magic of websms to anyone creating a new open source 
o2 connector.
WebSMS is open, free and has an open API. There is some documentation and ~30 
open source connectors to copy code from.
