Connector Selection with auomatic send from sms droid after update to v4.9 #881

After the latest update, the connector selection of WebSMS is not working as it 
did. Sometimes it asks for the collector, sometimes it pastes the text into 
WebSMS. The former behaviour pleased me much more. After i turned on Wifi (and 
wait a reasonable long time), the selection behaves as it did.

did you set any rule for automatic connector selection?
