REPACK Support Request: AI5WIN (ELF,ARC) #446

Hello,

Any chance you'd support creation for this archive format? AI5WIN ARC from Elf. The game is Elle (2000 remake).

I was able to extract the MES.ARC files and patch them, but can't put them back into the archive to play.

This would be usable in more Elf games too.
