Summarised the requested metadata changes in this document. Met with Enrique to go over this document. @enrique to incorporate the changes requested Schema-to-spreadsheet @alex The following features will possibly be handled by the spreadsheet generator-

Comma (,) to replace semi-colon (;) when generating the 'For example' values. remove leading and trailing white-spaces in all fields Convert boolean TRUE/FALSE from schema to reflect a yes/no in spreadsheet. The DESCRIPTION fields show up before the ID for every sheet in the v4. Could this order be reversed? For example CELL LINE DESCRIPTION appears before CELL LINE ID (Required).

Maybe better to standardise the schemas to yes/no, rather than have the generator resolve multiple different cases. Discuss with Enrique The DESCRIPTION fields show up before the ID for every sheet.   Allow for Linked Entities between tabs, e.g. Input Cell Line ID etc. Include Gene Edition sub-tab according to use-case
