Change of Address #48

While it made sense for MOSA's address to be tied to Kevin and Andrea's address when creating all the new accounts, it no longer makes sense as they rent and move from time to time.

The recommendation is to change the address to Avi's home address.

[x] State filing / $6.00 filing fee
[x] Federal filing
[x] Post office mail forwarding / $1.05 fee
[x] Chase Bank
[x] Notify all cardholders of new address

The address is not listed in the bylaws, so no need to file an amendment.
