ATmega644p UARTS are dead ! #23

I have a GPS and a TTL CAM on uart0 and uart1 respectively. 
The uarts don't respond! But SPI runs normal.

I'm using Sanguino-0023r3, Arduino IDE 0023 and 644p runs at 7372800Hz. 

As I was using Sanguino-0018 everything were performing ok.

Please delete this ISSUE. I was wrong. Everything works ok.
