Announcement banner is escaping HTML tags now #1

Not sure I'm missing anything, but they seems to escape tags now, so I'm not able to inject the tag in the code. It appears as plan text. Just want to confirm I did it right :)

I just tested on JIRA Core 7.1.4, and it still works. But some people report it's not working on the Cloud version of JIRA : https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/160863/jira-customize-css . Is that what you are using?

Good point. Yes, I'm using the cloud version.
