Validating Expiry Time Upon Update #32

Added a test for validating the expiry date upon update in sa_tests. Furthermore, to check for the validity of the expiry date, the update method of the sa_delegate was extended to do this check. Finally, in the delegate tools, a method that compares the creation date to the update value to make sure that expiry date is valid.
