I use the Image for Raspberry Pi on a Raspberry Pi 3 Version is 0.42.1 I tried different Logitech Webcams

motionEyeOS? In either, go to the Settings, go down to General What does it say for: Motion version? OS Version? Also on a Raspberry Pi (and most SBCs (single board computers)) You can only have 1 USB camera. It's a limitation of the bandwidth available on the USB bus. On some PCs you can have multiple USB cameras, but only one per USB Controller. If you have more than one camera, unplug all but 1 and see if it works.
