Navi-X.com website is down

1. What is the technical error you are experiencing?
XBMC Navi-X services are down, Navi-X website is down.
2. What steps will reproduce the problem?
Navigating to the Navi-X Website or opening the portal within XBMC.

3. What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When portal within XBMC Frodo is opened the program will freeze up with please 
wait, or ERROR: cannot open page, will display, and website has a connection 
timeout message displayed.
4. What version number of Navi-X are you using?
3.7.8, 3.7.6
5. What media center platform, version and operating system are you using?
Frodo 12.0, Windows 7, Mac OSX 10 Mountain Lion
6. Please provide any additional information below:

Issue: App freezed on please wait screen.  The problem occurs when simply 
clicking on the portal with in the app.  Using Frodo 12.2 and Navi-X 3.7.8. 
Windows 8. been like this for a week now.

Having the same issue here.  Had it for about a week now.  Navi x will not do 
anything through XBMC except give me the please wait message.

mine and the neighbors navi-x through xbmc has also froze with the "please 
wait" wording just staying there , left it for a few hours and it is still the 
same , are they doing a upgrade or do we have to upgrade to the xbmc 13 -gotham 
(beta) , thanks for any help , j,

Freezing on me also for the last week.  Is there something I can do?  It just 
won't load, since I'm new to this, don't know if there are any steps I can 
take.

what is the problem with navi x? why won't anyone give an explanation? I don't 
know of  anyone who can access the portal, can't stream on  amo navi x either 
and I paid for that.

I have the same issue as everyone else , i actually feel a bit better knowing 
we're all in the same boat :). Would be nice to get some kind of info as to 
when/if this is going to be fixed :)

My Navi x is down as well. We love Navi x and can't wait for the update that it 
is fixed! It's been about a week and a half when I try to load it says error 
cannot open file.

The one good thing is that my  favorites that I have marked (like ESPN, 
Everybody Loves Raymond) still work. Next time Im marking more favorites. 
Navi-x on XBMC via Apple Tv.....

Navi x not working. Only worked for 2 days back on sept 5 & 6 and that's it 
since then. Cant view anything in portal home <can't open file>. Only most 
viewed in 7 days opens but none of the links work < can't open file>. Now I 
tried it and the most viewed in 7 days is blank nothing there 0/0...
On your twitter act you say all is good since sept 5 but it's not....
