navi X suddenly exit during streaming

2. What steps will reproduce the problem?
open navi x & open streaming file

3. What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
normal streaming.

4. What version number of Navi-X are you using?
3.7.8

5. What media center platform, version and operating system are you using?
Himedia Q5 II Android 4.2 Media Player - Hisilicon 3716C Cortex A9 1.6Ghz 

6. Please provide any additional information below:
