PGC2800817 - NO GALAXY IN FIELD
PGC028759 - NO GALAXY IN FIELD (nebulosity near M81?)

and a couple of cases where an object is missed entirely:

PGC1916888 - galaxy in group is missed
UGC04926_GROUP - large galaxy completely missed! model of smaller 
  galaxy has wrong shape
PGC082411 - one galaxy is completely missed
PGC1185302 - second galaxy completely missed
