Change topbar behavior #118

Remember that the solution adopted should work on mac snow leopard on windows, and on people that only have a mouse. And find the solution for people that have no "molette"

Works fine on snow leopard and windows. Please test again. if no scrolling wheel, users can click on topbar logo.
