Story selector disappearing in the story screen (reappearing on scroll) #19

Is it possible to make the following animations:

1) When you click on a story square in the story selector from the MVW/Apps page, the story selector should be pushed upward outside of the screen leaving only the nav bar visible (it has been pushed right on top of the screen).

2) The title inside the "Welcome" widget should be changed to the title of the story you clicked on. You can cut it if it is too long and add "..." when you exceed your character limit.

3) When I scroll all the way up to the page with insistance (like reloading some iOS apps) I get the story selector to go down again. This way we can browse our stories again.

If it is not clear enough I'll make you mockups. I leave you all the freedom to decide the sensitivity of the scroll and the details, we will refine that later with blue's input.

@HadrienR it seems that 1) and 2) are done.

I will close this one, and if we agree that 3) should be in the next release, I will create a new issue for this feature.
