MVW integration #24

Can you code a very simple, lightweight version of the MVW screenshots? Maybe borrow Chrome's code...

I renamed the issue, since we moved from screenshot to a custom solution. We should take people's real most visited websites, then apply legal images (ex facebook, twitter,...) for well known services, and ask people to fill in the others by selecting an image (desktop, internet). We should start with an as big data base as possible.

I created a first version of the MVW. You can switch between MostVisited or Favorites in the config.

For the moment, we don't have access chrome's images, so we cant ask Julien to create a common one. For me the simple way to get image is to hosted them on our website and serve it when necessary. But I close this issue for the moment, and create a mail thread to decide what we have to do.
