Fix misc bugs in tpi, dbi, pdb_print_gvars example #53

Fixes (?) several bugs I ran into while trying to load the simplest pdb I could get cl to generate. I don't actually know anything about the pdb structure so these fixes are mostly blind, but they seem to work.
