Define workshop format and content #279

Update: we are going to change the format of the workshop so that it becomes more a research opportunity (vs the previous sprint format). This will be more similar to a "live survey" format, where we will identify and discuss pain points and work on solutions.

Based on our assumptions of pain points, let's determine if these are still relevant. Let's ask them to also identify pain points. Then talk them through the pain points and see what solutions could be implemented.

We should also prepare a list of questions.and be prepared with ideas on how to let people express themselves

Also, we should drop the final survey from this OKR
