[Address Autofill] - US/CA - eBay.com - 'Use Saved address' option is not available for any of the address fields #19406

Steps to reproduce

  1. Make sure you are using a US VPN connection
  2. Open eBay.com and Navigate to the Address form
  3. Tap on any of the address's fields

Expected behavior

'Use Saved address' option is available for user to autofill the address's fields

Actual behavior

'Use Saved address' option is not available

Verified as fixed on v9000(40626), with iPhone 14 Pro Max (16.2).
