[Favicons refactor] - `Newegg.com` favicon is blurry #22017

Steps to reproduce

  1. Launch FF and access www.newegg.com.
  2. Add it to the Shortcuts.
  3. Check the following: Homepage (Shortcuts, Bookmarks, Jump in Back (tab pickup), Tab history (back/forward arrow buttons), Library panels: Bookmarks, Tab tray view + inactive tabs, Favicon displayed on tab bar (iPads).

    Expected behavior

    The www.newegg.com icon should not be blurry.

    Actual behavior

    Newegg.com favicon is blurry

    • Device: iPad Pro (18).
    • Build version: 131 (45309)
    • First seen version: ?

This is the icon that the website provides, so unless we bundle or website provides HQ icon we will close this as won't fix for now. cc @afurlan-firefox

Actually going to re-open and move it to S4 for all blurry icons
