[Focus] "Studies" toggle flipped on while disabled

The “Studies” settings toggle can get into an unexpected state where it is flipped on, but disabled at the same time

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch Firefox Focus
2. Open settings
3. Toggle on “Send usage data”
4. Toggle on “Studies” by pressing your finger on the toggle and swiping right, keeping your finger pressed down on the flipped on toggle
5. Toggle off “Send usage data”
6. Release your finger from the “Studies” toggle

Expected results:

• “Studies” toggle is flipped off, and disabled

Actual results:

• “Studies” toggle is flipped on, and disabled

Notes:

• The “Studies” toggle should always be flipped off when the “Send usage data” toggle is flipped off
• Not sure if this is just a visual bug, or if the user is actually still enrolled in studies

Device / build info:

• Device: iPhone 16 Pro (iOS 18.2)
• Build: v131.1 (46150)

Hey @alentvinsent - awesome to hear that you want to take on this issue! Can you let me know a bit more about the error you're getting? You should be able to see a more elaborate error message in your build logs. Also, what version of Xcode are you using? And have you followed the builds steps?
