We have two mobile alerts channels where we could post the results and be aware when builds have run and their results.

This is a great idea! Is that step smart enough, or can we configure it, to DM the owner of a PR? Or would the messages all go to a channel?

The step is smart as it is by default but it can be customized too, it depens on what we want
