Steps to Reproduce

1) Open Focus in Android 2) Read 4 section "Try turning off Enhanced Tracking Protection"

Expected Behavior

"Try turning off Enhanced Tracking Protection" linked to guide, like iOS

Actual Behavior

"Try turning off Enhanced Tracking Protection" isn't linked to anything
