Make sure zooming out on the map doesn't use too much data #524

The naive solution would be to get the details for all the places shown on the map but that would be bad.

Maybe we'll have to progressively load place details as we:

  1. Swipe between cards in details screen
  2. Click on places in map view

We're not doing future planning this sprint.
