Locales with bigger words can cause the popup headers to touch the close button

Steps to reproduce:

1. Switch Locale to Das German.
2. Log in to https://find.dev.mozaws.net/
3. Click das "Klingeln lassen" button.

   Actual results:

Figure 1: Quit touchin' me. I hacked this a bit after the screenshot and added another few chars of text and the text header wraps nicely instead of overflowing or truncating.

Expected results:

Maybe a few pixels of padding around the close button.

Apparently my earlier test was half-assed at best... French seems to overflow quite nicely:
