Landing position not maintained after deleting an add-on rating/review on Android

Prerequesites:

User should have an account and be logged in.

STR:

1. Open AMO homepage on an Android device: https://addons.allizom.org/en-US/android/.
2. Select an add-on from homepage (for ex. "Ghostery").
3. Star rate the add-on, from the "Rate your experience" section.
4. Delete the rating.
5. Observe the page.

Actual result:

The landing position is placed at the page footer.

Expected result:

The landing position on the page should be at the "Rate your experience" section.

Notes:

Inconsistently reproduced on Amo Stage on 3 add-ons ("Yawn", "Adblocker for Youtube" and "Ghostery") using 2 Android devices (Pixel, Nexus):

• with "Yawn" on Pixel -> 5/5 reproduced, on Nexus -> 5/5 reproduced;
• with "Adblocker for Youtube" on Pixel -> 5/5 reproduced, on Nexus -> 2/5 reproduced;
• with "Ghostery" on Pixel -> 5/5 reproduced, on Nexus -> 3/5 reproduced.

Reproduced as https://github.com/mozilla/addons/issues/2057, for instances where the bug wasn't reproduced 5/5 times. Reproduced with all AMO servers on small screen devices (Android 8.0.0 and 8.1.0).
