Date headers don't disappear after deleting all visits for a specific day #350

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Delete all your visits for a single day.

    Actual results:

Date header remains and sticks with the following day's header.

Expected results:

Deleting an entire day's visits should delete that date header as well.

If you're testing locally, you may want to do something like #346 to get more date headers in the sample data set.
