Vectorization window closes prematurely #224

The window that's flipping through the pages to vectorizer closes before they're all done, leaving the Vectorizer window saying "loading" or "Invalid tab ID: 1234". To repro, vectorize fathom-login-forms at 948273c01eb6a5597c55e85080eca8dcd364c214 with default delay of 5s. Turning max retries up to 100 is a workaround.
