What Android device are you using? Asus Zenfone 6

What Android Version are you using? Android 9. Patch level: June 2019

Issue Type Crash

Issue description Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install Microsoft Launcher
  2. In Microsoft Launcher settings, go to Search > Default search browser > Firefox Preview
  3. Exit Microsoft Launcher settings and launch Firefox Preview
  4. Go to any website with text
  5. Long press to highlight a word
  6. At the highlight toolbar, click "Search" (the "Search" option was added by Microsoft Launcher)

What were you hoping/expecting the browser to do? Open a new tab and search the highlighted word.

Actual behavior Firefox Preview crashes.

Did you try in another browser Yes. No crash observed in Chrome.

This issue has been fixed as of Firefox Preview 2.0.0 and Microsoft Launcher 4.0.28.
