Overview for users / visitors #43

Users or visitors to MakerStrap may be seeing a style guide for the first time. An overview is needed to orient users to what is on the page.

Mozilla has an intro on the general style guide and http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/styleguide/ and more above various sections http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/styleguide/websites/sandstone/ which can be used as examples

I agree! Let's revisit https://wiki.mozilla.org/images/a/ab/Webmaker_Style_Guide_v1.pdf and see what we can incorporate
